The perfect ambience for your work-life balance, private or business: four houses, four rooftop terraces, 22 furnished business and guest apartments, twelve apartments for long-term rent, a swimming pond and a sports shop.
Our roof terraces with comfortable lounge furniture are the most pleasant place to enjoy a good glass of wine after work. The fantastic panoramic view from the Alps to the Lake of Constance is included.
Probably the most beautiful corner of our garden combines the best of biotope, pond and pool. Sportingly refreshed after a few 25-meter lengths, you can then relax on our comfortable sun loungers.

- Fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, knives, kitchen utensils and much more.
- Guest starter kit: espresso capsules, dishwasher tabs, detergent, shower shampoo
- washing machine & dryer for a fee, detergent included
- storage facilities for sports equipment available
- Dogs welcome: one-off final cleaning charge € 25,-

- Cleaning service: weekly, monthly or by arrangement
- Bed linen & towels change: weekly, monthly or by arrangement
- Laundry service: We bring your clothes to the dry cleaner and back
